Accessibility

1. Scope

This accessibility statement applies to the website of Agile Radicals GmbH published at agile-radicals.de.

Agile Radicals GmbH provides consulting services in the business-to-business sector (B2B). No contracts with consumers are concluded via this website. In our assessment, this website is therefore not subject to a legal obligation under the German Accessibility Reinforcement Act (BFSG). Nevertheless, we consider accessibility part of our quality standards and present these measures voluntarily.

2. Conformance status

We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, conformance level AA, as well as the European standard EN 301 549.

Based on our own assessment, this website is partially conformant with the requirements stated above. “Partially conformant” means that some content does not yet fully meet the requirements. The limitations we are aware of are listed in the following section.

3. Measures already implemented

The following accessibility measures have been implemented:

  • Semantically structured HTML with a clear heading hierarchy and marked-up navigation and content areas.
  • Labelling of the navigation and logo for screen readers (ARIA labels).
  • Alternative text for content-relevant images.
  • Keyboard operability of interactive elements (e.g. revealing the email address via the Enter or Space key).
  • Responsive layout that adapts to different screen sizes and zoom levels.
  • Animated content (the marquee in the “Industries” section) pauses on mouse hover and is fully stopped when the “reduce motion” system setting is enabled.
  • Encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS).

4. Non-accessible content

For the reasons stated, the following content is not yet fully accessible:

  • Contrast in design elements: Some decorative text styles (e.g. outline type in the page header) may not consistently reach the targeted contrast ratio.

We work continuously to remove these limitations.
